Laura Damm

Director of Business Development

Laura joined ACCU in 1990 and has over 25 years of industry experience in Sales, Account Management and Customer Service with a focus on international and national accounts. Her specialty is account maintenance and she is responsible for nurturing existing client relationships while expanding business in Gloucester, Camden and Burlington Counties. When Laura first came to ACCU she started out as a Staffing Coordinator and worked her way through the ranks to Branch Manager and then, Sales Director. She is well-rounded in the industry and highly service-oriented which has made her a key contributor to ACCU’s Sales Force.

Laura also assists with the training and development of new hires throughout the company. She is responsible for interviewing candidates while offering her support in helping them acclimate to their new positions once employed.
