Personal Interview
Each applicant is personally interviewed by an ACCU staffing coordinator to provide us with more information about their skill level, work history, and personal preferences.

Computer/Basic Skills Evaluations
Applicants are given both basic and customized evaluations to determine competency levels and job specific skills.

Simulation Evaluations &
Dexterity Tests
These hands-on tools quickly identify candidates with proven skill sets and help to orientate them to manual work tasks.

Drug Screening
Potential Associates are subject to pre-employment drug testing which is administered at our on-site and branch offices.

Background Checks
Upon customer request, ACCU will perform background screening for criminal history.

Employment Verification
ACCU utilizes E-Verify, the Department of Homeland Security's web-based employment verification system to ensure that every candidate is deemed eligible to work in the United States.

Mandatory Orientations
Potential Associates are subject to mandatory group and video orientations to familiarize them with light industrial work assignments. ACCU will even work with you to customize a free training video for your company to educate our Associates on your operations, expectations, and corporate culture. |
