All employers, including those who utilize staffing companies, are required by law to hire only those persons authorized to work in the United States. Those who do not may be subject to hefty penalties including steep fines and even prosecution.

ACCU Staffing Services has taken great precautions to protect its clientele from such liabilities. We fully comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws and are very serious about verifying worker's documentation.

Since 1997, ACCU has utilized a comprehensive government verification system to confirm employment eligibility. The system, called E-Verify, is monitored by the Department of Homeland Security and immediately identifies whether an applicant's identification is valid or fraudulent.

In 2009, ACCU Staffing Services became a certified member of IMAGE (ICE Mutual Agreement between Government and Employers). IMAGE is a program developed by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to assist employers in developing a more secure and stable workforce.
